"My artwork attempts to capture the melding of two environments. From the open plains of the Riverina to the rolling green landscapes of North East Victoria- my work is always informed by my surrounds. Favourite contemporary subjects include shearing sheds, worn patinas, rural snapshots, bird life and still life arrangements. Invigorating the senses and celebrating all that nature has to offer forms the basis for my latest works" - Catherine Stewart.
