Charlotte Moore, an emerging artist, has lived on the Gold Coast, Queensland, all her life. Her love of its beautiful coastline and the hills marking the transition from coast to country inspire much of her work.

Charlotte’s primary medium is oil paint and she works with an impressionist style, inspired by time spent in the natural environment. Charlotte uses both palette knife and brushes to build texture and convey details in her work. Light and colour play an important role conveying a sense of calm and peace that comes from being immersed in nature, while also evoking the familiarity of the Australian landscape.
