As an artist with a background in graphic design and architectural Illustration and drafting, I bring a unique vision to my oil paintings, working to capture the land and seascapes

My artistic approach revolves around seeing not just the physical shapes of the land and water, but also the emotions and memories they evoke. With the richness and layering of oil paint I hope to maximise the play of light and shadow, the subtle shifts in tone and the brightness of the unique coastal environment and living in on the coast there is a feast of visual reference to draw from.

I aim to depict the natural beauty of the scenes I see each day.
