The smell of Gardenias in the garden signifies the start of summer and holiday time ,its a time to reflect and relax .
Leree works to capture and magnify the beauty of flowers and note the subtle differences in foliage . Using a palette knife and oil paint she has the freedom to work alla-prima. By applying the paint thickly it allows her to denote expression and gesture giving movement and life into her canvases.
