Colour to me has a life force of its, as a colourist it’s undeniable!

I feel a deep connection with colour, especially the beautification, musical & healing powers they bring to my life. My artwork explores how colour affects us as physical, emotional and spiritual human beings.

Chromatherapy is seen as a combination of something mystical and spiritual, although it can be explained in terms of wave lengths and vibrations. My art making process and content is constructed in layers, revealing and concealing past marks, overlapping shapes through transparent layers of colour, creating artworks that appear limitless and the essence of each work.

Whatever tomorrow brings I will be there’
It feels to me that life is changing in so many ways, physically, emotionally and spiritually, moment to moment, often feeling discombobulated, that it’s hard to stay grounded and open to possibilities that are yet to be seen. My mantra is ‘Whatever tomorrow brings I will be there.
