Amy Raymond is a professional artist based on the Lower North Shore of Sydney. She began her career in the creative industry as an art director at a leading advertising agency before taking time out to focus on family life. In recent years, Amy rediscovered her passion for painting, with a particular focus on vibrant seascapes that capture the ever-changing blues of the ocean. A lifelong lover of the beach and a proud Sydney local, Amy draws inspiration from the natural beauty of her surroundings. Her work invites viewers into serene, sunlit spaces, evoking a sense of joy and nostalgia through bold, colourful expressions of coastal life.

'Weekend Wash' aims to capture the carefree joy of a hot Sydney day—feeling the ocean spray, hanging out with friends, and enjoying the simple pleasure of the water. It’s about those moments of summer freedom, where the sea and the sun come together to create a sense of pure, vibrant energy.
