Beechworth based artist Catherine Stewart has predominantly lived and worked in rural settings. Her artworks infinitely reveal the beauty of country subjects. Born into a creative household, exposed Catherine to a professional art practise at a very young age. Her connection to the outback was nurtured early and her work is informed by the beauty of the rural environment. Favourite subjects include creek and river studies, her native home garden and wide open landscapes.

Her stunning interpretation of Australian native flora, birds and still life and dream like landscapes showcase the intensity of her palette and tenacity of her strokes. Catherine’s innate sense of colour is also at the forefront of her practise.

Catherine frequently exhibits in solo and group exhibitions and is a multi award winning artist. Her works are widely collected in Australia, the UK, US, Portugal and Switzerland, to name a few.

Shipping:

Artwork is available for collection or shipping after the closing date of the exhibition, September 22nd 2024.

We charge a flat rate of $35 for all artworks within Australia, with an additional $5 added for each extra artwork purchased through our online store. All artworks are insured and come safely packaged. Any artwork marked for CUSTOM SHIPPING is either too large, too heavy or too delicate to ship with our flat rate and will need a custom shipping invoice.

All online artwork sales are final and no refunds or returns will be accepted.
